Listed below are all of the 2024-25 Program Year-End Reports that you can use to report on all of the wonderful work you did this year for our Veterans.

Mail In Instructions

1. Remember that you only need to report on the Programs that you participated in this year.  Per National, you do not have to participate in every Program, BUT you must participate in at least one Program. 
   
2. You need to mail all the Year-End Program Reports that you fill out to your District President.
3. You can find fillable forms below.  You can then type in your answers and print the report.
4. If there are any questions that you need more room to answer, you can write on the back of the printed form.
5. THE REPORTS MUST BE IN YOUR DISTRICT PRESIDENT’S HANDS BY APRIL 1, 2025.
6. Download the Mail In Instruction Sheet.  It includes the address of the District President you need to mail the forms to.

Chief of Staff Linda Moran also has a Year-End Report that she would like everyone to fill out and send to her.  Her address is on the form.

 

 

After you have the Year-End Reports done, don't forget to fill out the Achievement Award form for the opportunity to win your Auxiliary an award at convention.  The completed form and any additional information should be to Sr. Vice Kim McWilliams no later than May 1st, 2025.
